This research showed us that there were major problems with the following:
- Quality
- Supply
- Service
- Price
- International Standards of cans, i.e UN approved cans
Designs of cans, i.e size, shapes and branding
Innovative Closures (Pty) Ltd has become the solution to all of the above.
Having started with a shared warehouse in Durban, today we proudly own warehouses in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg and also a company and warehouse in Zimbabwe.
From hiring trucks, to owning trucks for each warehouse in a short space of time shows our success and maintenance to our loyal customers.
Our policy is to always keep a minimum of three months stock in our warehouse for each of our customers.
We always check with our customers their average monthly usage and continue adjusting stock levels accordingly
Our policy to our customers is TFS- Touch, Feel and See. This policy allows our customers to do audits on their stock levels at any given time.
We have become an extension to our customers by being their resolution to all of their packaging needs.

Being successful with the can business, we have been approached by a reputable company to market their raw materials for inks and paints. This project is of current status.
